The day of my appointment I received a text notification that their technician, Joe, was on his way. He arrived promptly at the estimated start time and called me to say that he was here. Together we went over the work to be completed (where the locks were, if I wanted them all keyed the same, etc.) and then he got started. Mid-way through the appointment Joe directed my attention to a potential issue with my back door's lock. It's okay at this time, but Joe pointed out that there may be failure down the road with how the previous owner installed the lock and suggested I keep an eye on it. No upselling, just sharing some advice.
